You've found my site because you want to improve your bone health. Perhaps you've been diagnosed with osteoporosis or osteopenia, but where do you go for information and help? It's a minefield of conflicting advice and scary stories if you do an internet search. Here is the answer!

I've devised a 6-week programme that can steer you through the four pillars of bone health - nutrition, exercise, managing stress, and sleep. You can learn how to look after yourself to live your best life, whilst caring for your bones.

Week 6

Crafting your Personal Bone Health Plan

The Building Stronger Bones course is designed to provide essential knowledge and practical strategies for anyone diagnosed with osteoporosis and osteopenia or who wants to take preventative measures.

Over six weeks, you will learn about the role of nutrition, lifestyle, stress reduction and sleep in managing these conditions and nurturing optimal bone health. Each weekly session will be one and a half hours long and will include information and practical tips to empower you to make positive changes in your life.

 
Throughout the course, you will engage in group activities, discussions, and practical applications to reinforce the information and promote a supportive and interactive learning environment. Optional homework assignments will complement each week's content, allowing you to apply the knowledge gained and build practical skills for managing osteoporosis and osteopenia through your nutrition and lifestyle choices.

 

All of this will be done in a supportive and caring atmosphere. Information given is backed up by scientific research and results.

During and after the course, you will get access to a members-only section of my website. Here you will find recipes, information on nutrition, supplements and exercise, as well as scientific studies and some meditations. This resource area will be added to on an on-going basis.

How to join

If you would like to join this course, all you have to do is fill in the form below. I will contact you do discuss details and I will ask you to complete a pre-course questionnaire.
If you want to speak to me about it first, I am happy to have a 15-minute call to answer any questions you may have.

Your place on the course is not confirmed until you have paid in full. When the maximum number of participants has been reached, I will start a waiting list. If you are unable to attend the course, please let me know as soon as possible in advance, and see Terms and Conditions below for information on refunds.

Course Terms & Conditions

  1. Payment in full is required to secure a place on the course.

  2. Refunds can be given in full for cancellation up to 30 days before the course starting date that you are signed up for. A 50% refund can be made for cancellations between 15 and 29 days prior to the starting date. Beyond this time, no refunds can be made, but a place on the next iteration of the course may be secured.

  3. All materials, videos, audio files and information provided either on the course or on the resources area of the www.wholelifebalance.co.uk website are for the sole use of the course member and are not to be shared with anyone else.
