Bespoke programmes specially designed

My programmes are specifically designed to help meet your specific needs and to coach and support you in achievable steps towards your health aims. I include advice on lifestyle to help reduce stresses, improve sleep and build resilience, all of which are crucial to bone health. As a result, you learn how to eat healthily, and you build robust strategies and habits to support your bones.

Get to the root cause of your health issues

To get to the root cause of your symptoms and devise strategies and a plan for you, it is important to allow enough time to work together. A one-off appointment is unlikely to be enough as changing eating and lifestyle habits that may have built up over many years takes time and needs regular encouragement and coaching to support you to stay on track. The length of your programme depends largely on where you are at the moment, what you want to achieve and your motivation to make changes.

I offer three programmes of different lengths with varying levels of input and support to help you

meet your goals. Details are below.

The price for my Foundation programme is £250, my more intensive Enhanced programme is £500 and my comprehensive Ultimate programme is £825. The Enhanced and Ultimate programmes can be paid in instalments - contact me for details.
