Service Description

These classes are booked individually for up to a maximum of 3 people. They can act as an introduction to Qigong, enabling you to have a set of forms that you can carry on with at home, or can be an introductory lesson for you to then move onto one of the existing established classes. Typically they are for one or sometimes two hours, depending on the anticipated outcome. The length is agreed at time of booking the class.
