Overnight Oats


  • ¼ tsp ground cinnamon

  • 50g rolled organic porridge oats

  • 2 tbsps. natural yogurt or coconut yoghurt

  • 50g berries (can use frozen berries)

  • Drizzle of honey

  • ½ tbsp nut butter


  1. The night before serving, stir the cinnamon and 100ml water (or milk) into the oats. You can add a pinch of salt if you wish, but it’s optional.

  2. The next morning, add a little bit more water or milk if needed to make the mixture less thick. Top with the yogurt, berries, a drizzle of honey and the nut butter.

  3. As a hot alternative, cook up the oat, cinnamon and water/milk mixture in the morning for 3-4 minutes, stir through the nut butter and berries, then top with yogurt and drizzle with honey if you want a little extra sweetness.
